I am a licensed agent & licensed contractor/builder. I have been a full-time investor here in San Antonio since 2012. I have done wholesale deals, flips, subject-to deals, buy & hold deals and now my primary focus is on urban infill development. I buy land and build houses to sell or rent. I have 7 new construction projects in different stages of development (Feb 2023). I am eager to network with anyone curious about or actively working in the business.
