Learning, growing, and actively investing in real estate. I'm interested in in town neighborhoods on the Westside of ATL. More specifically: Vine City, Washington Park, Ashview Heights, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsville, Adair Park, West End, Peoplestown, and Capital View/ Capital View Manor. Experience: After college I worked as a Mortgage Broker for ~5 years. Owned a duplex. I lived in the smaller unit which allowed my tenant's rent to cover the lion's share of the mortgage. Real Estate Goals: Looking to generate a positive cash income to replace my 9-5's income. Love my job, so I'm planning on sticking with that, however long term I'm ultimately interested in building wealth through the accumulation of equity in my properties. Currently Seeking: Atlanta based peers, partners, and/ or mentors.
