Marcus Delgado

My name is Marcus Delgado, I'm 34, born and raised out here in Fort Worth, Texas. Been working as an HVAC tech for going on 12 years now, and about two years ago I finally stopped talking about it and got into real estate. I own one duplex on the south side—I stay in one unit and rent the other out, so that covers most my mortgage. That's a blessing, for real. Now I'm trying to stack up for a second property. My goal is to get 3 to 5 rentals over the next 10 years and use the equity from each one to fund the next. I'm keeping my day job though—that's my safety net. One day I want enough passive income so my wife and kids don't gotta worry about nothing no more.
