I'm a real estate investor and agent. I have been a part various real estate deals since 2016 and decided it was time to get my license in 2019. I love working with first time home buyers or investors who are new to the Denver area. There's a lot to learn when buying in Colorado and I love to help make it as painless as possible. I'm originally from the NYC area and have lived in Denver for 10 years. I moved to Denver to pursue a career in Software Development. While working in that field I started to invest in Denver with my then boyfriend, now husband. We expanded to out of state investments and at the same time I started working in Mortgage Origination Software. After gaining extensive knowledge about mortgages and investing for a few years, I decided it was time to accomplish a lifelong goal of getting my license. As a 10 year old I would drag my parents to open houses simply for the fact that I loved looking at homes. The love never went away, but it was muted in 2008 when I saw the housing bubble burst. For years following, I saw my hometown not recover (it still hasn't to this day) and was skittish of purchasing property. I credit BP for teaching my how to analyze deals and reinvigorating my love of Real Estate. In my free time I love cooking and scouring the MLS for my dream home and spending time with my boys.
