I do Real Estate Investing with heart... and with toddlers :-) I went from working 60h-weeks in Silicon Valley to buying, rehabbing, styling, and renting apartments in Finland. I do most of the work myself, with the help of my two kids (2, and 3 years old). My first deal was a 3bd/2ba SFR in Fort Collins, CO, that I bought while living in northern California. We have since relocated to Finland where I have bought 9 apartments in the past 2,5 years.
