Looking to join forces with an experienced multifamily investor and start investing in apartment buildings (20+units) We currently live in South Florida and would prefer investing in Florida but are open to out of state markets including Tennessee (west Knoxville), Texas (Dallas-secondary and tertiary markets), and South Carolina (Greenville).
