I own currently 4 rental homes. I have rehabbed 5 homes now and have been able to flip a few of them and make money for the next project. I have an eye for finding good deals and have been able to do this on my own. My new husband is now interested in joining the business and we would like to expand our business and do some flips and maybe multi family rentals. Experience: I own a few rental homes. I have rehabbed a few homes also. Real Estate Goals: I am interested in flipping houses and purchasing multi family properties. I also recently bought a few houses to use as STR. Currently Seeking: I am looking for financing and/or a partner to work with us and provide some financing.
