My name is Maricela. I sold real estate for about 10 years and got out of it when the economy tanked in 2008. I am just now getting back into it. I am reinstating my license and looking mostly to invest I real estate. flipped 10 homes during the time I was an agent. I am currently looking to possibly get back into this full time. My dream is really to buy and flip/build homes. I have an eye for things. I have bachelors degree in fine arts. I am into fashion and design. I do all the design aspect of all my renovations. I would like to flip 4-6 homes per year. I am looking to educate myself on getting good cash deal deals in good areas.
