I'm a real estate investor from BC, Canada with two buy and hold properties in the Greater Vancouver region. I recently just added a pre-sale condo to my portfolio and I'm super excited to see how that turns out. My goal is to add one rental property to my portfolio per year. Real estate is expensive in my area, but thanks to BP and some company-matched RRSPs, I now own two while working a normal, average income job part time. So if I can do it, you can too! I love looking for new deals, running numbers, listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast, reading/listening to real estate books , and learning about real estate investing.
