I live and work in LA, and have wanted to buy a home my entire life. Have been working with NACA about a year and a half and it is NOT going well. But it's forced me to look into multi-families, which has really grown on me, and definitely where I'd love to be. So I'm just trying to soak up as much info as possible for now, find all my ducks so I can start lining them up eventually!
