Northern Lights Rental Properties in Iron Mountain, MI 49801. I have seven single family houses, 22 tenants, and 11 pets. I strive for tenant security or three levels: physical, psycho-social, and ontological. To accomplish this (1) Fire Department check to be certified; (2) Allow tenants to be a part of the decision-making and problem solving. They also get to choose colors, carpets, counter tops, and on. (3) As a Nothern Lights Rental Properties community, we maintain and share our sustainable garden projects of vegetables, flowers, fruit trees, composting, animal habitats, attracting beneficial insects, and food preservation. Also, Northern Lights is starting a 1/2 acre urban farm following all of the above. Tenants can be a part of the farm as well as their personal homes.
