I Started investing in multifamily real estate in 2016 with a focus on work force "affordable" housing with large value add components in Greenville, SC. i currently own and operate 500+ doors in the Upstate of South Carolina. In 2017 my business partner and I decided to brand our business Affordable Upstate. We are truly passionate about preserving and improving the current supply of affordable housing ( 80%>AMI) in our backyards and beyond.
