In 2015, I purchased my first short sale in an affluent area. Despite some risks, I invested roughly $30,000 in landscaping and interior renovations. I flipped the property after two years for tax protection, which helped launch my career in real estate. With over a decade of experience in mortgage origination and trading loans into the Secondary Market, I bring a financing background to my real estate ventures.
