I'm an animator at Disney feature studios and am fairly new to real estate investing. I purchased my first fourplex in Inglewood in May 2007. I'm finishing up rehab on it and plan on renting two units on Airbnb. My goal at this point is to replace my W2 income with passive real estate income. Currently Seeking: I'm very interested in purchasing property in Puerto Rico. Southern California is just way too expensive!
