I’ve owned properties for 10 years but accelerated my investment activities about 4 years ago. Since then we have rehabbed and sold about 20 properties plus bought and now hold 18 rental properties. We also created a small family and friends fund to buy properties to reduce our reliance on hard money and get our families involved in real estate investing.
