I been a puppet, A Poet, A Pirate A Pauper, A Pawn and a King......No, not really Originally from Southern California (born and raised), moved out to Texas in 2009 because the business climate in So Cal was so bad. I've been able to survive out here in Texas, BUT im tired of surviving....I want to THRIVE!! Thats why I'm diving into real estate. I know its not a magic bullet or an overnight millionaire maker, but there has been no method proven better to create wealth. Im looking to set my wife and kids up for life, and thankfully my wife is 100% on board with it so it'll be easier knowing i have her support.
