I have been a fairly successful Realtor. I then hung my license up a few years ago when the markets shifted and a lot of sellers where becoming unrealistic.. I have always been interested in real estate investing from way back in my teen years and the Carlton Sheets infomercials. Im a father of 6 who has worked for the school system for 20+ years. When I was holding my real estate license I was always looking for ways people could be home owners outside of the typical go get a loan then come see me attitude. Im wanting to get into the investing aspect to find creative ways of buying SFH then renting them. I would like to also do a couple buy and flips as well as try my hand at a wholesale deal.
