Mark Smith

I am 27 years old and relatively new to real estate investing. My parents suggested purchasing a two family when I am ready to buy a house so I would have an additional source of income. As of now I own two, two unit properties. One of which I am living in with my fiance and her son. I graduated from the University at Albany in May of 2014 with a Forensic Accounting MS Degree, and currently work as a Senior Accountant for a property management company. As I just graduated and started working a few years ago and have just begun experiencing the stranglehold of student loan repayments. I want to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can, and I'm really looking forward to meeting and talking with other investors.
