We are Wichita investors and own three properties. We purchased a rental house in 2001 - 13 years to go and it will be paid for. Hacked a condo in 2015 and have it rented. Hacked another in 2016 and it is now rented. Currently interested in a multifamily property and have resources to make it happen. I need to find the RIGHT DEAL. Real Estate Goals: We want to purchase two multi-family properties THIS YEAR - 2020. We are PRE-APPROVED and want to get it done when the numbers are right. MLS market is tight. Learning direct mail, and driving for dollars. What would you do?
