Experience: I have currently right at about 7 months in wholesaling, and I am looking to get either my first buy and hold or my first flip started very soon. Real Estate Goals: I want to eventually be in a position to retire my wife, and let her be a stay at home mother/business partner... I am excited about putting systems in place to allow me to have the freedom to show my kids the world and to teach them about freedom and what it means not to be stuck in the rat race. I plan within the next Five Years to have a self-contained wholesaling business with 20-30 buy and hold income producing properties and cash flowing a minimum of 10k every month personal regardless of if I work or not and a have a business cash flowing 50-100k a month and growing every single month Currently Seeking: Personally Looking for single and multi-family homes.
