Hi, I'm an independent consultant and part-time real estate investor. Our primary line of business is developing new single family homes in the Bridgeport and McKinley Park neighborhoods of Chicago. We also rehab properties where we find the building is worth saving rather than starting over. We believe in building high-quality housing that is within reach of working class families of Chicago. We're focused on turning around bad properties, building them into great homes, and maintaining our neighborhoods. I started in real estate about 5 years ago with my wife who is a contractor. She and her father have been building single family homes and small commercial projects for over 30 years. Because I have some down-time between projects, I decided to use that time to help build another line of business in real estate. I'm here to learn and to meet others in Chicago who are interested in building a better Chicago.
