Mark DelRosario

Hey everyone! My name is Mark Del Rosario, born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area... where the weather is great but the real estate costs too much. I became interested in Real Estate during my time moving around with the U.S. Army from 2008-2013. I rented from many different land lords (as an outstanding tenant!) and realized that owning properties as an investment was a legitimate path to financial freedom. Many years later (2017) I ran into BP's podcasts and began learning from the community. That said I am new to REI, and hold a full time job as a counselor. I am looking to learn the ropes and invest out of state while working full time. I believe that the more we share, the smarter we all become, and this is what has drawn me to the BP community. I am looking forward to connecting with you, and giving back to the community once I learn the ropes myself.
