Mark Delgado

I am a licensed Realtor and real estate broker in the state of California. I focus the majority of my time on being a small-time real estate investor that has focused on Single Family Homes from 2009 to 2019. In 2019, I invested in a few non-real estate businesses and beginning in 2020, I began looking into multi-family 5+ unit properties, as well as retail and office commercial buildings. While I have completed a handful of real estate flips in the Sacramento area over the past 10 years, I am more interested to continue learning and growing in the area of buy-and-hold real estate investing.
