My wife and I have been married for 10 years now and have 2 boys: a 5 year old and a 2 year old. We were both teachers before and have always wanted/believed that real estate was our best bet at creating wealth. I was introduced to BP by a business partner and I immediately shared it with my wife (Jennie). We didn’t really learn about creative financing until recently, however, now that we have that tool in our belt, we are committed to building our legacy and wealth through real estate investing. Our teacher’s hearts come through in our business and our investing. We believe everyone who would like to try to invest in real estate should have the opportunity. We believe in a solid foundation of knowledge, understanding, and research are the keys to being successful in this industry. Experience: My wife and I have BRR-ed (no refinancing) two properties before getting my real estate license in Florida (and discovering BiggerPockets). For the last three years I have worked as an agent in Orlando and Sarasota regions of Florida. I am an investor friendly agent and will be adding multifamily properties to our portfolio this year. Real Estate Goals: Our goal is to replace my income with investment properties so we can continue to serve at a high enough level to earn the right to give away $1,000,000 before I turn 40. Currently Seeking: As an agent, I commonly come across homes with great flip potential. We would entertain a partnership in that endeavor.
