I have been working in and investing in real estate since 2000. My background was as a owners representative and construction manager for multifamily housing and commercial project development. In 2009 I left (by way of layoff) my construction management position and now work in a completely different industry. I still love the hunt though and am always evaluating new opportunities. I currently own and manage a commercial property in the Puget Sound Region and I am currently looking to for buy and hold opportunities, challenging commercial rehabs and note investing. Also interested in mobile home park opportunities and cash based business opportunities.
