I’m a tech entrepreneur/software engineer with 20 years of experience as a computer scientist. I’ve had successful ventures in the past as a tech entrepreneur, but with AI becoming more prevalent, I would like to shift my primary focus to real estate. My family is heavily invested in real estate, and the family business owns approximately $9,100,000 in properties. I’m looking to venture into house flipping and wholesaling with my family’s support. I strive to be an ethical person in all aspects of life, conducting business with integrity and fairness. My Christian faith plays a central role in guiding my decisions and actions, and I believe in building relationships based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Regarding house flipping, I recently completed some online courses offered by Ryan Pineda. I feel like I’ve learned a lot, but I know there’s still much more to learn. Essentially, I’m looking to acquire new knowledge, seek advice, and network, and hopefully, one day, I will have acquired enough knowledge to bring great value to other BP members.
