I've lived in Indiana my whole life. I'm currently balancing a family, my day job, and real estate aspirations. From 9-5 I work as an engineer. For fun I play golf, hunt, fish, and stay busy with the family. Experience: I'm currently house-hacking in a duplex and own one other duplex. Both were MLS purchase with bank financing. Real Estate Goals: I'm getting started in sandwich lease options to build up reserves for additional buy and hold rentals. I want to get to 20-30 rental units while continuing the lease option business. Currently Seeking: Lease option mentors and the team I need to be successful in this business.
