About myself
Just an investor looking for other contacts. Right now, just SFHs in the real estate portfolio. Currently own retail bakeries as well and work in Homeland Security Consulting as a day job. Have a FIRE passive income already but also love what I do. I'm looking for investors and partners who know the difference between dumb-money and a partnership. I am always interested in the KC south end and would love to get into multifamily. Building cashflow and wealth are paramount, but don't mind fix-flips-holds. Big believer in BRRR.
