About myself
I work for a large commercial air conditioning company in south forida, I live off of 33% of my income and the rest will be going into real estate investing. I am here to learn more about rental properties (multiplex units) to gain the knowledge and confidence in making my first large investment on a fourplex and continue in building my investment portfolio for early retirement.
