I am based in Southern California, where i am a investor in several larger limited partnerships. I also have acquired several dozen apartments over the last several years out of state since cash flow in southern California is so difficult. I am looking to expand my holdings into other states. Experience: I have been investing in multi-family buildings since 2003. I currently have 4700 units between Montana, Arkansas, Kansas and Texas. Am moving more heavily into Midwest markets now - OK, AR, MO, IA and KS - as well as the Southeast - GA, TN, AL, MS Real Estate Goals: I am looking for buy and hold properties that will allow me to maximize the cash flow from my investment. I have focused on multi-family apartments. I have raised a series of funds from high net worth individuals and family offices. We currently have over $100 million in equity under management, and are continuing to grow rapidly. We are looking for several properties now in the $3 million to $20 million range where we can deploy the funds we have raised. Currently Seeking: I currently am looking for larger properties - between 75 and 250 units. My primary goal is to optimize cash on cash return, so am not looking at locations with tiny cap rates where the upside depends on appreciation.
