Mark Pijanowski

I'm an Active Duty Army Officer and have served overseas for most of my career. I never thought I could get into real estate overseas, but my wife and I purchased our first unit in Germany. We have a duplex in Richmond, VA and are currently looking to build more capital to continue to buy more rentals in RVA. My wife manages our rentals from a distance, and as surprising as it sounds, managing a rental in Germany is not all that difficult. We also do some private money lending as well.
