I am an experienced Registered Nurse in the Pacific North West who is starting to invest in real estate. I enthusiastically enjoy all things real estate. The driving force that gives me purpose when the going gets tough, I want my wife and I to be able to decrease our hours at work, spend more time with our son and do things we enjoy like more real estate investing. Basically to be financially independent so we can choose what to do with our time. I'm learning and welcome the opportunity to help others and learn in this community. Real Estate Goals: Buy in the next 6 months a 2-4 plex, each unit 2-3bed/1-2bath to house hack, needs work/value add potential, class B neighborhood, close to parks, shopping, businesses and restaurants. Location: Clackamas County Oregon, open to the general Portland area from Vancouver to Salem but not Portland Metro. Our current residence is a 4bed/1bath that we will rent out in Oregon City.
