My wife Brenda and I bought our first single family rental home in 2015 in Venice, Florida. We had good results in the first year and then bought our second one which we closed in December 2016. We closed on a duplex in Port Charlotte FL in September 2017 after Hurricane Irma and now are set to close on another duplex in Grand Haven Michigan in January 2018. We discovered Bigger Pockets online and look forward to meeting other like minded people. We recognize the amount of knowledge and experience offered throughout the community. Thank you everyone!
