Syndicator. Investor. I've been investing in real estate slowly while working full time in the tech industry. I bought my first rental in 2004 and have been slowly building my portfolio since then. In 2016 I began delving into larger projects through real estate syndication partnerships. I am a passive investor in some and a general partner/asset manager/fund raiser for some others. Experience: As of Sept 2015, I am holding 9 investment properties, 13 units total. My primary focus to date has been buy and hold 1-4 unit residential. I have also done flips and 1031 exchanges. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to double my portfolio in the next 10 years, faster if possible with a combination of residential and commercial deals, getting to > $10k/mo net. Currently Seeking: larger residential or commercial opportunities.
