My Main line of work is driving 18 wheelers overnight, after that I read real estate books and listen to plenty of RE podcast on the road. I have 2 properties so far 1 cash flowing $200 a month and the other isn’t cash flowing at the moment, due to it being rehabbed to meet or exceed other rental competitors around my area. 1 last thing if anyone is looking for a rockstar real estate agent in the Houston metroplex feel free to ask me I had an exceptional experience with him. I once believed all agents were the same until I met him.
