Mark Rademakers

I’m Mark Rademakers from the Netherlands, with around 30 years of experience in construction and 10 years running my own construction company. My family and I are preparing to relocate to the Fort Worth, Texas area, where I plan to continue my career in construction and become part of the local real estate and development community. My main interest is new residential construction and connecting with investors, landowners and developers who acquire or own land for residential development. Coming from Europe, I’m particularly interested in bringing European craftsmanship and a different architectural perspective to Texas, including Scandinavian and Northern European-inspired homes. I joined BiggerPockets to learn more about the DFW real estate market, connect with local investors and developers, and build genuine relationships before our move. I’m always interested in exchanging ideas about land development, new construction, architecture and real estate opportunities in DFW.
