I'm an mechanical engineer currently employed at an aerospace manufacturing company in Ormond Beach Florida. I recently sold my primary residence and I'm in the process of redeploying my equity into a couple properties that will be long term holds. I'm getting involved in real estate investing to build long term wealth and cash flow so I can retire early and build a legacy for my daughter and loved ones. Currently I'm going to be investing in the Ormond Beach Florida long term as a buy and hold investor.
