Recently purchased my first rental, an owner occupied triplex. I have fixed up 2 of the 3 units and eventually plan on fixing up the third (currently occupied). I am a full time pharmacist working a week on week off schedule and am looking to purchase a new owner occupied property each year as well as additional investment properties. I look forward to meeting other investors and learning from them. I am amazed at the vast areas of knowledge that are required to be successful and I look forward to the long journey that is ahead!
