Mark Savalle

My name is Mark Savalle, I recently retired from the fire service and am now working for a lender full-time called Certain Lending. We specialize in funding residential investment projects nationwide. I'm looking to grow my investment portfolio. I've worked as a project manager for two small multifamily rehab projects and have worked as an analyst for a real property syndicate in Tempe for over 2 years. I currently own one duplex. I have been involved in varying capacities with funds, syndications, flips, and note writing. I love small to mid sized multifamily opportunities and residential properties with in-law suites particularly in the AZ and CA markets. I was born and raised in Orange County and have a lot of contacts along with my family out that way and have in the last 8 years grown to meet some amazing people in AZ as well.
