About myself
I am from the mid-west however moved to sunny Tucson, AZ in 2012. I currently work as an accountant and enjoy any type of financial analyzing. I started investing in real estate in 2014. My business model is buy holds and distressed properties that I fix up and rent long term to retirees here in Tucson. I also recently dived into the wonderful AIRBNB vacation rental properties which I feel will be very promising for real estate investors like my self specifically in the sun belt area of the United States.
