I currently run my own business providing contracted delivery service for the United States Postal Service since 2006. I also manage our current buy and hold rentals as well as doing the remodel work to bring them to rent ready. Looking for other passive income sources like storage units or mobile home parks possibly in the future. I can do all the hands on stuff but I am leaning towards the more passive income sources. I do like the satisfaction that comes from fixer uppers and it is not out of the question if the deal is right.
