I am a registered Architect and Real Estate Agent who recently started his own business providing Architectural and Real Estate Sales Services. I have worked in co mmercial real estate as an Owner's Project manager with a large Real Estate Services company and Google. I have managed projects with budgets from $70k-$60M from concept to closeout. I am looking to transfer my commercial management skills into REI skills. I am very interested in learning as much as possible about REI and have been reading quite extensively. I have assisted friends/family with their property improvements through providing architectural designs. I have extensive knowledge about constructability and code compliance. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to make REI my prime business to grow my wealth to its greatest possibilities. I would like to meet and collaborate with like minded people and extend my network. Currently Seeking: I am looking for mentorship and professionals who are interested in teaming up with me to invest and create wealth. I am currently looking into flipping and then investing in buy and holds. However I am sure my outlooks will change as I get more experience. I know quite a few people who invest as a passive side hustle, I am looking for mentors with strong convictions and are excited about REI as a life style.
