Hi, my name is Mark, In Dec 2019 I officially started my journey of OOS Real Estate Investing - I’m currently investing in Fort Worth, TX. I started with a SFR that needed only light rehab (floors and paint). I then took a shot at BRRRRing a small SFR that finished summer 2020 (let’s just say I have many lessons learned - all that said I’m still cash flow positive But have more than $0 left invested). Then at the end of 2020 I purchased a few duplexes together inheriting a few tenants and am now taking some time to evaluate 2020, improve on some systems and watching this crazy market!
