Mark Turok

Mark Turok is a Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, Exeter Asset Services Corporation, Exeter IRA Services, LLC, Exeter Trust Company and its affiliate companies. Mark is based in the company's National Corporate Headquarters Office located in San Diego, California. Mr. Turok joined The Exeter Group of Companies in 2019. He is responsible for the sales and client relationship management for the Southern California Region, including San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County regions. Mark can assist investors with Forward 1031 Exchanges, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and Improvement 1031 Exchanges, Foreign Property 1031 Exchanges, Custody Accounts, Specialized Cash Holding Escrows, and Self-Directed IRAs. He has worked extensively with escrow officers, settlement agents, real estate agents, closing attorneys, and accountants in the administration of their clients' 1031 Exchange transactions.
