Recently retired and am new to real estate investing. Looking for properties locally to rehab and sell as well as to begin a rental portfolio. Would love to meet with local, experienced investors to learn the ins and outs. I have the time to assist with your needs and would do so for the experience. Experience: Have owned my own home since 1988, bought and sold several along the way. Dabbled in the rental space with a townhouse I owned. Looking for my first deal to really call myself an investor. Real Estate Goals: My goal this year is to purchase, rehab and sell two houses. Next year and beyond I am looking for 6 houses a year plus two houses that I can add to a rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: I need some more education and experience in the estimating rehab costs space. I feel I am really lacking in that area.
