I am just getting my first real world experience now in REI and I love it! I am starting out as a "bird dog" looking for motivated sellers anywhere right now but mainly in the san fernando valley and from there I hope to quickly start wholesaling and assigning contracts on solid deals.After establishing a solid cashflow I will expand into more complex deals.One step at a time.I want to network with ethical investors who I can help by saving them time and finding killer deals for and they can help me by teaching as I go. In a few years I would like to be highly involved with running a local REI club or start one myself or with partners. I wish everyone a lot of success this year.
