I'm looking forward to participating a bit more here. This site truly is a wealth of knowledge and resources. I'm an investor that primarily wholesales and I'm based in the Houston market, but I do deals in various markets around Texas. I'm also cofounder of Skipgenie.com. (est 2017), a skip trace service that provides data and education on how to apply skip tracing in various strategies in real estate. Experience: Texas A&M graduate. Prior to real estate I was in construction project management. Since jumping into real estate I've primarily been wholesaling. I've never been a high volume guy, but I specialize in using skip tracing and cold calling to target and contract more "home run" type deals. After years of utilizing skip tracing exclusively to find my deals, and years of coaching calls with our Skip Genie customers discussing every facet of skip trace data and skip tracing strategies, I consider myself a subject matter expert in that area. Currently Seeking: Just looking to "give back" as much as I can now and network with others in various markets. This site was tremendously helpful to me when I started out so I feel like now that I actually have knowledge to share, I should. I also want to connect with other like minded individuals in the RE arena.
