I work as an Advanced Reliability Engineer for a medical device company. My passion for real estate began last year when I started to follow a very successful real estate investor GC. I am interested in buying in Bergen, Hudson, Morris and Essex Counties in NJ. Interested in multifamily, 4+ units, buy and hold, value add properties that require renovation and/or just cosmetic updates. Love reading real estate books, network with r.e. investors and hand on BP. My goal is to own 100 residential units within the next 15 years. Wishing everyone to stay persistent in reaching real estate goals.
