About myself
I'm a retired bankruptcy lawyer. Own 12 free and clear condos, all rented, no problems. Am looking to use the condos as collateral to buy more condos but having trouble finding a lender. Either they don't loan secured by rentals or they want the rentals to be in my personal name which is not a smart way to do business as a landlord. Do you have any suggestions?
