About myself

I run a boutique property management company specializing in mid-term furnished rentals — the in-between space most PMs ignore. Longer than a hotel stay, shorter than a lease. The kind of housing relocating professionals, traveling workers, and clients in transition actually need, and that almost no one in this market is doing well. I've spent the last 8 years managing my own rental portfolio, including long-term rentals and a mid-term unit I built by converting underutilized space into a higher-performing asset. That hands-on experience is the foundation of the company I'm now building. I started Martin Legacy Properties because most owners I talk to have the same complaints about their current PM: missed communication, things slipping through the cracks, and fees that quietly eat into returns. I'm building the alternative. Honest reporting, responsive communication, and decisions that make money for the owner without squeezing the tenant. I'm also choosing clients intentionally rather than growing for the sake of growth — I've made that mistake before and won't make it again. The company is new. The operator isn't. I run it on a simple principle: when you do right by the owner and the tenant, the business takes care of itself. I'm here to connect with property owners in the Treasure Valley who want a manager that actually picks up the phone, with realtors and lenders who need a trusted place to send relocating clients, and with other real estate professionals building something they're proud of. If you're a PM thinking about your exit and want your book to land in good hands, I'd love to talk.
